Your Crown Process

Rendering of how dental crowns are installed. The crown treatment process typically takes two appointments. At the first visit we will remove any damaged portions of the tooth, shape it for optimal crown support and then take an impression of the tooth. A temporary crown is placed over the tooth to prevent any sensitivity while the permanent crown is being made. About two weeks later you will return for a short visit where the permanent crown is bonded into place.

Monrovia Family Dentistry works with many different insurance companies, making it easier for you to afford your dental crown treatment. Financing options are also available. Call us for more information!
